Does the platform have a standard dashboard that indicates instance usage in order to find the best time to upgrade or perform maintenance?

I found 1 dashboard, which may not be helpful much. Generally, the upgrades are planned during OOO hrs or mid-night to avoid any issues.

I don’t think that there is a dashboard for this. Rather look at how your company works and then plan accordingly.
