diagnose a zscaler issue

Hi, I was contacted by a Senior Information Systems Engineer in 5400 Tech Ops Infrastructure about a diagnose on a zscaler issue. Subsequently a file was copied to my hard drive and I have been asked t share a folder via team chat. Just wanted to double check if this a authentic request and not a breech. Thanks

zscaler Client Connector is installed in an instance  ensures the internet traffic and access to internal applications are secure, compliant with organizational policies, and routed through the Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) services.

I guess - If you share the file to someone within that network/domain , it is fine and not a security breach.

But for me this is kind of High Risk Social engineering scm which can lead to security breach and people should avoid it.
