Did supported image formats in the ESC portal change with the upgrade to Zurich release? Some of my icons disappeared and I'm wondering if it was because of their format (PNG vs SVG).

Hi @Garth_AZ ,
There are no official changes for image formats but there will be definitely changes in UI and theme framework updates.
Because we also faced similar issues in our portals after some of our upgrades that the functionality used to work earlier but failed after upgrade. This could be mainly because of the framework changes. You can find the corresponding widget & raise a case with ServiceNow & ask them exactly if they can help. We did the same & they helped us fix the issue in portal.

SVG format images are supported in Zurich release. Check below properties as part of instance security hardening and make sure SVG image format is allowed
Also make sure it is following the dimensions and size limit

Thanks for confirming. We are putting them back as SVGs and they are showing up.
It's just strange that a handful of images disappeared but not others. This happened in both dev and test instances. I'll keep this open until we upgrade prod this weekend. If it doesn't happen with the upgrade to prod, then I'll know it was the clones that we did before upgrading the sub-prod instances that caused the issue. If it does happen, then it's the upgrade. Curious to find out. I'll update with the results.
