Which workbench are you asking about?

There are, or have been, many different workbenches on the platform (including: Discovery Workbench, CMDB Workbench, DevOps Workbench and Security Incident Response Workbench - just to name a few).

Over recent releases, ServiceNow has been transitioning away from these traditional "workbenches" and replacing them with more modern and interactive "workspaces".
