Embedded Help content is not editable for admins and no Add Help Article in the help panel

When i try to create new embedded help - Help content, The field "
Content" is not editable.

 

Also i tried opening the help and there is no button for Adding new KB.

I have admin and embedded_help_admin roles in all instance.

Reviewed the ACL related to the embedded help and could not find any related to this.

Please guide me on this

Can you check if you embedded_help_admin role?

Yes , With embedded help admin role i am not able to access the content.

We already tried the embedded_help_admin role but no luck. still not able to edit.
