Empty Priority Skips after Upgrade

Currently in the process of upgrading to Yokohama for a customer, but reviewing the changes there are a number of '(empty)' priority skips - has anyone ever seen this/what would cause this?
Worth noting customer had a forced upgrade this year.
Also, what is difference between 'Skipped' and 'Skipped Errors'? Do we need to look at all of these?

We have the same experience. Upgraded our Sub-prod instance this morning and we have over 50 'empty' priority skipped changes. These records are also missing the Target name of the record and the Type details. I will be raising this to ServiceNow support.
