Currently, the Robust Transform Map (RTM) in ServiceNow provides advanced entity operations and data transformation logic but lacks certain usability features available in the standard Transform Map.
- Add a “Mapping Assist” button similar to standard Transform Maps to automatically suggest source-target mappings based on field names.
Allow each mapping record in RTM (field mapping or entity mapping) to be marked Active/Inactive, similar to the standard Transform Map. This helps when testing or debugging specific mappings without deleting them.
Entity Operation Enhancements: Can't add space as joining string for concatenation operations.
