What does it take to get a suggestion in front of ServiceNow for feature improvements? Here are two I have in mind:
- When you leave a record where changes have been made, but not yet saved, you get a pop-up that says "Changes you made may not be saved", with buttons to "Leave" or "Cancel". How about a third option - "Save". It would be faster than doing a cancel, then a save, then re-clicking on the link you wanted to go to in the first place - one click instead of three!
- Make the seconds part of a time field optional - allow hh:mm instead of hh:mm:ss. Set it to autofill :00 if it is not entered instead of whining that the field is incorrectly formatted. I'm not suggesting preventing the entry of seconds, just making it optional.
