Error accessing descriptor for metaObject: package_private script include function MultiSSOv2

This error started very close to when we upgraded to "Washington DC" version on production near the beginning of the month. It is occurring on our production stage as well as our QA stage. Has anyone else seen this error? If so, what was the cause of the error?

Error message:
Level: Error
Source: com.glide.ui.ServletErrorListener
Created By: guest
Message: Error accessing descriptor for metaObject: package_private script include function MultiSSOv2: no thrown error

It occurs infrequently on our QA system.  47 times in a two week period. The frequency on production is near daily ranging from ~ 2,000 to ~ 22,000 error messages a day.  I have just opened a support case. I wanted to see if others in the community were seeing the same error message or not.

ServiceNow support is aware of this issue and working on it.

Hi Seb,

I opened a case to get help in stopping those errors from flooding the logs.  To summarize, support sent instructions on creating workaround empty scripts which were added to the table sys_script_include.  This worked; The scripts have suppressed those messages.  If others are seeing the same, perhaps worth opening a case .
