Hello all,
Good Morning.
Recently, we have clone our test instance with Prod.
Before that I have taken back-up of ecc_agent and ecc_agent_capability table's xml back-up and while I am trying to import them back to the test instance post clone, I am getting errors like,
Skipping record for table ecc_agent_capability and id 175ec7830bf62303a8418e4335673a71 - permission denied
So, what should be my next step?
I have checked and de-activated few ACLs on write and create operations but the issue still exists.
Please help.
My second question is:
Am I doing, correct? like taking the back-up of Mid Servers and Mid Server capabilities and other tables and importing back to the instance?
Regards,
Lucky.

Hi @Lucky1
Elevate your privilege to security_admin.
Then try to import the same xml
It should work.

Hello Tanushree,
Actually, I have also done that before raising this question.
Now, my new question is, We have some tables in 'Exclude tables' table. So, the data will remain same and during clone, those tables and their data won't get disturbed right?
Also, one help required is, do you have any document that can be followed before and after clone?
Regards,
Lucky.
