Hi @Polyanna Silva ,
I found a great Community article that details exactly why this change happened in the Zurich release and how it impacts Admins.
It turns out that Admins no longer have automatic scripting rights by default. This group (and the script_writer role) is now the official way to grant those permissions back securely.
I highly recommend reading this article to understand the new governance model:
Article: Why Your Admins Can't Script Post-Zurich Upgrade: Mastering ServiceNow Scripting Governance
It explains the security reasoning behind it and provides a step-by-step guide on how to manage these permissions for your team.
If this response (and the article) helps you understand the new requirement, please mark it as Accepted Solution.
This helps the community grow and assists others in finding valid answers faster.
Best regards,
Brandão.
