How to cancel my CAD exam in new pearson VUE

why i am not able to cancel my cad exam in new pearson VUE it is showing only for the rescheduling not for the cancel. Can anyone tell me how to cancel it.

Is it an online exam or at the training centre?

According to this Rescheduling your exam in ServiceNow University via Pearson VUE you will have option to cancel in both cases, just continue with the Reschedule option.

In person at a test center

1. Select Reschedule the exam on the exam item overview page. The Find a new appointment page opens.
2. Complete the following:
   1. Review the test center details.
   2.  Select your preferred exam date from the Calendar.
      NOTE: Only dates with appointment availability can be selected.
      
   3. Select your appointment start time, and select Book this appointment.
      NOTE: Select Explore more times to view additional time slots in your test center's time zone.
      
      The Agree to ServiceNow policies page opens.
      
3. Review the ServiceNow policies, and select Agree.
4. Proceed to complete scheduling your exam:
   
   1. Review the exam appointment details.
      NOTE: You can modify your scheduled appointment or test center location using the Change Appointment and Change Test Center options.
   2. Select Next.
   3. Select Confirm Reschedule.
      NOTE: You can also make the following selections:
      • Select Previous to review and update contact information.
      • Select Cancel to cancel your current scheduling attempt . This will take you to the exam item Overview page where you can start again.

Online with OnVUE

1. Select Reschedule the exam on the exam item overview page. The Find a new appointment page opens
2. Complete the following to book an appointment:
   1. Confirm your preferred time zone:
      1.  Select Yes, that's right to confirm.
      2. Select No, change time zone. From the list, select the relevant time zone. Select Yes, that's right to confirm.
   2. Select your preferred exam date from the Calendar.
      NOTE: Only dates with appointment availability can be selected.
   3. Select your appointment start time, and select Book this appointment.
      NOTE: Select Explore more times to view additional time slots in your test center's time zone.
      
      The Agree to online exam and ServiceNow policies page opens.
3. Review and acknowledge the following policies:
   1. 1. Online exam policies
         1. OnVUE data processing
         2. Third party prohibition
         3. Limited license
         4. Facial comparison policy
         5. Testing space verification policy
      2. ServiceNow policies
         1. Admission policy
         2. Reschedule policy
         3. Cancellation policy 
            
            Select Agree. The Proceed to complete your order page opens.
4. Proceed to complete scheduling your exam:
   
   1. 1.  Review and confirm contact information for a streamlined exam experience. 
      2.  Review the exam appointment details.
         NOTE: You can modify your scheduled appointment using the Change Appointment option. 
      3.  Select Next.
      4.  Review the exam appointment details and select Confirm Reschedule.
         NOTE: You can also make the following selections:
         • Select Previous to review and update contact information.
         • Select Cancel to cancel your current scheduling attempt. In the Confirm pop up that opens, select Yes. This will take you to the exam item Overview page where you can start again. 
           

           After booking your appointment, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the original appointment has been updated and advising you to remove any previously added calendar reminders. A confirmation email will follow shortly after

   2.  Select the Home icon on the Navigation menu. This takes you to the exam item Overview page where you have the following options:
      1. Select View exam details to access your Pearson VUE dashboard.
      2. Navigate to My University in the navigation header, select My Exams, then go to the My Current Exams widget to view your scheduled exam.
      3. Select Reschedule the exam to reschedule.
