Using my $300 exam voucher for an exam after the Pearson VUE transition

Hello Community,

I have a $300 voucher for a ServiceNow certification exam. I want to schedule my exam on November 19, 2025, which is after the transition from Webassessor to Pearson VUE.

Could someone clarify:

1. Can I use my existing voucher for an exam scheduled after November 17?

2. Do I need to wait until Pearson VUE goes live on November 18 to register?

3. Any steps I should follow to ensure my voucher is applied correctly?

Can I still schedule new exams on Webassessor (WA) via Kryterion after November 2?

No. Starting November 1, users will no longer be able to schedule new exams on Webassessor through Kryterion.

If you intend to test after November 17, no action is required on your part, simply wait until the transition is complete, and you’ll be able to schedule and take your exam seamlessly on Pearson VUE starting November 18.

Perhaps 19th November is not the best possibility, if you could do it some other day I recommend you to do it..

Wait until transition is not completed as many of the questions may be unanswered till that time so wait and let this transition be complete. Once transition done, then go to pearson site and read all rules and regulations regarding Servicenow Certification and take a call.
