How to purchase PID?

Tried to get an instance but still on waitlist. It's urgent to get one for project work of my company. How to buy a PID?

I have my personal account only, once we had some PDI but those are closed a year ago. No other account.

Now how to get subscription or instance?

But as pdi request in increasing so pdi provisioning by servicenow is getting delayed 🙂 . Now  you will get waitlist when you request new pdi .

Okay, so if I understand correctly, you're looking to train your users, but you don't have a ServiceNow client instance available.

In that case, a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is your only option, as I mentioned in my earlier reply.

You cannot purchase a Personal Developer Instance (PDI). PDIs are provided free of charge by ServiceNow.

At the moment, due to high demand, there is typically a 2–3 week waiting period before a PDI becomes available.

If you need access immediately, your options are:

• Wait until a PDI is allocated to you.
• Use a client or company instance, if one is available, for training and development.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to purchase a PDI or expedite its allocation.
