This was for ServiceNow Instance Upgrades, looking to re-schedule in a form of an extension intake request. As I am being prompted that I cannot re-schedule past X date: but not seeing/finding the option. @Rajesh Chopade1

Okay was not finding an exact placement to perform the extension request but seems a general HI Support ticket is a great place to start.
