I upgraded my ServiceNow instance from the Xanadu version to the Zurich version, and I need to reset my instance back to the base version, which is Xanadu. Please guide me on whether this is possible.

Hi @SivanesanV ,

not possible - only solution is to release your PDI and request a fresh installation.

Hi @SivanesanV ,

Ideally you can not do that,

You can’t remove a family upgrade and “downgrade” an instance to an older family version. ServiceNow does not support downgrades between release families because of schema and data changes that make it unsafe.
If you only applied a patch or hotfix (not a family upgrade), you can roll back to the previous patch using Rollback Contexts—within the default 10‑day window after the upgrade. (The window is configurable via glide.rollback.expiration_days.)
