How to solve the following error when cloning PDI again?

I think PDI is not allowed to do cloning,,,
You can refer this kind of topic , I believe.

It is not possible to clone PDIs.

It is only possible for customer instances.

Cloning is not possible in Personal Developer Instances (PDI). The primary purpose of a PDI is to help users learn and experiment, which is why there are options like wiping or refreshing the instance, but not cloning. This feature is part of instance maintenance for commercially used instances.

 

I've found a discussion where this same topic was addressed by experts, and here is a relevant reply:

"You can't do that. Cloning is part of the instance maintenance for commercially used instances, while the idea of having a PDI is purely to learn and experiment on things. That is why PDIs have options to wipe and refresh the instance, but you can't clone it." -
