One of your Project Managers has provided you with a list of stories they have been working on/completed. As the System Administrator, you need to import the data and map it to the correct tables so the data will be available within the Agile application. Using the attached excel file, import the data being sure to map the tables correctly.
- Create an Import Set table named "HRBP Server Team" and import the data into the Story (rm_story) table
- Use the same name "HRBP Server Team" for the Transform Map name
- Use Auto Map Matching Fields and/or Mapping Assist to help you map the 6 columns to the correct fields on story, to complete the transformation*
i cant able to create import set in data sources in data.. i want step by step procedures

It should not in my opinion. This is how ServiceNow trainings looked like 6-7 years ago. Not all information was provided. You had to google nad search through docs, not only follow the step-by-step tutorial. If you have to look for the information on your own, you will remember it.

Hi @Clara Lemos ,
Thanks for the detailed steps. I followed all the steps and import did happen. When I check the stories, the values from demo excel for the 5 out of all 6 fields ( Story ID, Short Description, Acceptance Criteria, Assignment Group, State, Points) are getting populated correctly, but 'Assignment Group' is empty and because of this my task validation is failing.
Any thoughts please?
Thanks!
