Instace is Upgrading still

Hi Team

 

Today my developer Instance (msuniliit@gmail.com)  i have set to upgrade my instance to Yukohama patch 2 , 2 hours back, But still my instance is not online and still showing your upgrade is upgrading

 

Could you please check and help me on this.

The upgrade will take approximately 2–3 hours. You can monitor the live upgrade here

@Naksh Please wait for few more hours as the upgrade process takes significant time to complete. Your instance should be ready within next few hours.

Hi @Naksh ,

 

As you might know, ServiceNow doesn't provide any support in relation to PDIs. Hence, the best solution is just to wait - it should come online when upgrade is completed.
