I've been receiving this message about my instance for a few days now. Please see the attached file. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? It's been a couple of weeks since this started happening. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Should I release it and get another one. Or do I wait?

Hi @Jee_P3 - if it's been like that for several days, and you're not worried about losing any work you've done on that instance, then yes, release it and get another one.

Hi @Jee_P3 ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait - it should come online again
- When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, that all work that you haven't backed up will be lost.
