Workflow UI - clicking on the block scroll screen the position on the page

Hello, 

I have found that after upgrading instance from Utah to Washington there is some annoying feature implemented to the workflow UI. After clicking on one of the blocks it scrolls the position of the page to show clicked block right in the middle of the screen. Is there anyway to disable this behavior?

Hello @Community Alums 

It is not something I can show you on the screen as this is dynamic behavior on the workflow UI. 

When I want to edit some of the blocks I want to double click on it to open configuration but after first click the UI scroll the whole view so the clicked block is right on the middle of the screen.
