I have upgraded an employee instance from previous family release like W and X. Initially it was good but later when I'm trying to access them to see the progress it is showing up as SERVICE INTERRUPTION-INSTANCE UNAVAILBLE
Solved! Go to Solution.

HI @Grshma
Greetings!!
1. There is no support available for PDI, which means community can't help much.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait for another day or so. or
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

There can be many reasons, might be database issues/ resources are not available to bring back PDI , host server is down ,so tough to say the exact reason.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

It's not a PDI @Dr Atul G- LNG, it's a ServiceNow Employee instance.
@Grshma - as per the screenshot you shared, open a support case.
