Survey links are not showing inside INC ticket worknotes

Hi SN Community

 

Previously on Vancouver version, when when an INC was raised, on the worknotes an "Invitation to Survey" was always sent, however since we upgraded to Xanadu, survey links are not showing inside INC ticket worknotes

Can you share the notification content here?

 

if a mail script is used to print work notes then please share that script as well.
