Hello @singhritesh ,
I have seen the same behavior. As soon as I open my PDI.
I'd recommend waiting 1–2 hours and trying again. If it's still stuck, raise an issue through the Developer Portal Support, as the instance may require intervention from the ServiceNow team.

If the PDI is showing as offline in the Developer site, there may not be much you can do from the instance side while ServiceNow is recovering it. Since others have reported the same behavior, I would first check the instance status there and see whether the Refresh option changes anything.
If it has already been offline for several hours, it would also be useful to know whether there is any current PDI outage or recovery issue affecting multiple users. That would help distinguish an individual instance problem from a broader ServiceNow-side issue.
