It looks like my instance is offline, can anyone help me on this ?

navigate to the Developer portal to see your instance's status:

There's no support so if you don't manage to wake it up, then you might need to release and request a new one. NBut all your data or progress will be lost.

PS: is it a PDI or lab instance during a SN University course?
