My PDI instance is down, any idea how long the maintenance is expected to last?

PDI Maintenance and Availability

Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

If your PDI is currently offline, you can:

  • Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.

  • Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.

As a reminder, PDIs are unsupported development resources and do not have an availability, support, or uptime SLA. We strongly recommend regularly backing up any work you don’t want to lose. @pankajdash2

ahoy @pankajdash2,

there are more people impacted by that, not just you. There's not much to do about it but wait.. if you want, you can release your current and request a new instance (but it might lead to data loss unless you have backup files).

Another chance is to enrol to a SN University course with study lab, it's available for a few days only but it's

ready almost immediately if you want an instance to play around.

It used to happen here and there but lately the PDI availability is very limited, see the last few hours:

Hi @pankajdash2

This is now a known issue, and the PDI team has not yet provided an ETA for its resolution.

Backend maintenance is currently in progress in your PDI, and your instance will be up and running once the maintenance is completed.Wait for the instance till it is up if you do not have any urgent work .

As mentioned in the Community Admin’s response in the : PDI offline  thread, the team is proactively coordinating with the PDI team to resolve the issue as soon as possible, given that direct support for PDI is not available.

If you have urgent work, in that case , you can leverage using  related Lab instance  Else Release your instance and request for new (Australia).
