Instance Status Offline

I've been trying to get my PDI back for a couple of months now. I've been given the option to be notified when it is available and twice now after waiting weeks to be notified, I finally get a notification that is ready only to find that it is not. My page shows offline and trying to go the instance gives a 500. I'm not sure what I need to do to get this instance working again? dev189508

Hi @JamesLindsay 

 

  • Clear your browser cache or try accessing the instance via a Incognito /InPrivate window of browser
  • Sign in to the Developer Site > check your "Manage My Instance" > Refresh your instance
