On my Yokohama PDI Instance, I had IRM Licenses and could access the GRC Modules.
After requesting a new PDI on Xanadu, I no longer have any IRM Licenses.
So, even though I've installed the GRC Plugins, I can't access them.
How do I get the IRM License in the PDI so I can access the GRC Modules?

"I have refreshed all 4 of the GRC Plugins". There are dozens of GRC plugins, not just 4, so that's the issue. Don't take any notice of that "family plugin" view you shared. You need to go ahead and install the plugins.

To check to see if you have the P&C plugins installed, do a search from within the Application Manager as per the attached screenshot.

I have this same issue. I lost my PDI due to inactivity while on holiday that had IRM, GRC, Advanced Risk etc, so started up a new Zurich build and there are no GRC components anymore?
Released and got a Yokohama build in case it's a Zurich bug, and the only GRC applications available are the 5 dependencies (I installed the GRC: GRC Profile Dependencies which is on the installed tab)
I cannot find Advanced risk, core etc. All are gone.
Zero results searching for IRM:
Sync never works as it cannot connect to the store.
I guess IRM has been removed from any new PDI's.
