Issue with @Notifications in SPM Risk Table – @Mention Worknote are not coming

Hi all,

I'm encountering an issue with notifications in the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Risk Table. When I mention someone using @mention in a risk record, I'm receiving two separate notifications:

1. One for the @mention itself
2. Another for the worknote notification

The issue I'm facing is that the @mention notification does not display the latest comments, while the worknote notification does. This inconsistency is only happening within the SPM Risk Table and not in other areas of the platform.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, are there any known fixes or workarounds to ensure that the @mention notification displays the latest comments?

Don't think either of these are OOB notifications, so the best bet is to track down the notification records.
That will show you the difference in how they display the activity log.

The issue is that when adding worknotes to the RISK table, the latest worknotes are not showing in the Activity Stream @Mention notification, even though they appear correctly for other tables.

Thank you for replying. The two notifications are working fine overall. However, the issue occurs when I add worknotes to the RISK table. The latest worknotes are not displaying in the notification. Specifically, the Activity Stream @Mention notification is showing the latest worknotes and comments for other tables, but it's not displaying them for the RISK table.
