Knowledge Article's Article body field doesn't have all the tools as PDI - Yokohama Release

Hi Everyone,

In Yokohama Release PDI, I can access many features in Article body field of Knowledge [kb_knowledge] table, i.e. Anchor, Heading Blocks, Table of contents, etc.

But in the Production instance of Yokohama Release, the features are really limited.

I have checked in PDI that Article body field has OOTB dictionary attribute value for this, but why is it not the case for PROD instance. I need to use those HTML editor tools but if I customised it, will it cause issues in the future upgrades?

What is the standard way to use these features? Anyone has experienced this?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks & Regards,

Generally, PDI instances come with the latest features pre-installed. For upgraded instances, you may need to make some configurations to enable these changes. The component you are seeing is called TinyMCE. Reach out to ServiceNow support for assistance.
