My developer instance (dev296140) is offline. I’ve tried refreshing it multiple times, but it still isn’t waking up. Please help.

You don't need to be worried about this, It happens sometimes, but usually in a day it is restored,

it happened recently with me a week ago, But the next day my PDI was live again.
