My instance does not show for my profile

When I login to my account to wake my instgance , the instance is no longer showing. I can access the url of the instance, but it's hibernating. I'm stuck Help!!!

Hi @chris2topher 

 

Unfortunately, there is no support available for  PDI and seems your PDI has been reclaimed. You can request for new PDI and start using it.

Hi @chris2topher ,

 

If your instance does not show when you login to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home , and your only options is the request a new instance, then you're out of luck. The old instance is lost and you can only request a fresh installation. ServiceNow does not provide any assistance / Support in relation to PDIs.

Is it an old or a new PDI?

Not sure if you have seen this announcement by Servicenow, if your PDI belonged to old datacenter, it will be reclaimed and you will have to request for a new PDI.
