My instance will not wake up from hibernation.

Login to Developer portal and try to wake your instance. 

There is no other option other than that. ServiceNow is now not giving support on PDIs.

Hi @DheerajS ,

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

@DheerajS my PDI is no longer waking despite me refreshing and attempting to wake it. Other's are experiencing the same issue.

It looks like engineering has published a banner on PDI's not being available. Hopefully our instances won't be released because we can't access them.
