Hi Folks,
I am upgrading my PDI to newest version i.e. Xanadu. I started the upgrade on Friday (4th Oct 2024), evening and then on monday when I logged in, the upgrade was still going on... And Today, again the upgrade is still in progress.
Is this behaviour common ? I am not sure.
Can anyone suggest what I should do ? I cannot release my instance, because I need it.

Generally it take 4-8 hrs and it is taking more than 4 days now, if you are getting option to release the instance please do the same and take a new one.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I cannot release my instance, as it has some of my most important works.. I don't have any backups for that...
Is there any other workarounds for this ? If I release, is there any way to have the same instance again with old instance snapshot ?

No, there is no workaround. If you ever use your PDI for work you can't loose, always backup (daily) before you stop working. A PDI can be lost at any given moment without any warning. There is no support for PDI's and nobody can help you except tell you to wait and hope. With an upgrade taking this long, I doubt it will return, but maybe you are one of the few lucky ones.

NO, Mate, there is not workaround and i doubt you will get PDI back as it is more than 4 days now.
