Need Help on ACLs understanding

Hi All,

We have upgraded  PROD to Australia release ,
as part of skipped logs there we have noticed that some logs are related to Access Controls  on these two table
'1. customer_account',
2.customer_contact
there two tables we are not using in Business. no transactions(zero) on these tables.

1.we are seeing one new role 'sn_crm_account_data_manager' added in WRITE/Create ACL's as part of upgrade.
2.sn_crm_account_data_manager' is inherited from csm_adim role. our side csm_Admin role has been allocated to only 11 users, for those users we are using these role automatically their user profile roles list side.

Concern here is : we didn't add this role to these two Table WRITE ACL's, it came in upgrade. and this role reflecting to 11 users because it is child to csm_admin role.
so Now ServiceNow will cost licensing for this role?just because of this role is being added in WRITE all and roles inherited to 11 users ?

what action I should take at skipped log side.

Hi @Supriya25

ServiceNow licensing costs are generally associated with the specific paid applications that a user is assigned to or actively uses (for example, ITSM), rather than with individual platform or base system roles.

For any licensing-related questions or cost clarification, it is always recommended to consult your ServiceNow Account Executive to confirm the applicable licensing requirements and pricing.
