I've been unable to view the intent for the past three days as it's continuously loading. Could anyone please help me understand the possible reason for this issue?

If it's a PDI, you can try repairing and updating the plugin. But if it's a client instance, it's better to log a support case with ServiceNow."

You can refresh your instance. And of course you can try to repair plugin.

This happens many times actually when dealing with VA, the system is stuck in processing some intents.
