Now mobile app

Good morning/Good evening

 

Regarding Now mobile app, Earlier my colleague has designed a Now mobile app in the ServiceNow instances. There are many few applications build such as Now mobile, ITSM mobile and ServiceNow workspace app. I am confused so much regarding this .All this is built in mobile studio but now it is re directing to mobile app builder which is very new to me. Client is asking to get the mobile app up to date and functioning. I have installed ServiceNow mobile app in my instance and logged in with all three instances. whenever the incident/change has been created a notification should come to our mobile device. I tried in mobile app builder writing one push notification .But it get as expected. One more query from my side is like that I am unable to open agent app in my mobile. 

 

Could you please anyone help me or guide me on this. If possible please share any docs regarding this.

Hi @velkuruhari 

Please check if push notifications are enabled in your ServiceNow mobile app.

If they are not enabled, follow these steps to turn them on:

Step 1: Log in to the ServiceNow mobile app.
Step 2: At the bottom, you’ll see a navigation bar (Home, Help Center, Notifications, Settings, etc.).
Step 3: Tap on Settings.
Step 4: Go to Preferences, then tap on Notifications.
Step 5: In the opened form, look for "Enable Notifications" and toggle it ON.
