Hi @vivek11
It is all about the condition you mentioned in SLA. If condition matches SLA will get attached. In you case, see the complete conditions and reset condition. Youmay need to change there.

Hi Vivek,
When posting on the community it's best to provide as much detail as possible including screenshots. Unfortunately your question currently has very little context and is pretty much unsupportable.
Can you include screenshots of your start, stop, and pause conditions? Is your question because you're seeing new SLAs attach on every update of a task record?

We have one SLA for test group. It will create when we create one incident and assign to that group. It is fine. But when we once assigned to that test group member. Test group SLA record will Complete. And again we changed Incident assignment group to test1 group and back to assignment group. It is creating new SLA record.
So here it should not create new SLA record, when test group SLA record is completed.

Could you please help me. For same incident record, How to stop creating new SLA record when old SLA record is completed for my test assignment group.
