Hi fellow community members,
I'm facing a wired issue, my PDI (dev306907) is under zurich upgrade since last 2 days and it is still upgrading...
I don't think an upgrade should take this much amount of time. Can someone help me here?

I doubt, as there is no support available on PDI. I know it's hard to release but no other way..either wait few more days or release.

Hi @Utpal Dutta ,
As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you only have two options:
- Wait
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @Utpal Dutta
There is no support available for PDI. Which means we can't do much here
Better release the instance and take new one. My PDI took 3hrs to upgrade and as you said 2days means it's stuck and wait is no longer option so release the instance.

Thanks Atul for your reply. I would like to see if someone from ServiceNow can help me here because I have some data on my PDI which I haven't backed up yet.
