PDI Offline – Start Instance option missing (Reclaim warning received)

My Personal Developer Instance dev229479 is offline.
I received a reclaim warning mail saying it will be reclaimed after end of day (PST) today jan 5.
However, I do not see a “Start Instance” option under Actions in the Developer Portal.
Kindly help start or recover my instance before reclaim.

Hi @Barad_Vishal ,

 

Unfortunately this issue has been seen previously. If start instance is not present but only "request an instance", then it has been reclaimed and you can only request a fresh installation. Furthermore, it is not possible to recover an instance when reclaimed.

Hi @Barad_Vishal 

 

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
