PDI Instance under upgrade since last 2 days

Hi fellow community members,

I'm facing a wired issue, my PDI (dev306907) is under zurich upgrade since last 2 days and it is still upgrading...

 

I don't think an upgrade should take this much amount of time. Can someone help me here?

I doubt,  as there is no support available on PDI. I know it's hard to release but no other way..either wait few more days or release.

Hi @Utpal Dutta ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you only have two options:

  1. Wait
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation.

I'm also facing the same issue, did the issue fixed? How can i release it? I dont see any option available.. Please assist. Thanks.

My PDI also stuck, but i can access PDI via direct link.
