Hi Team,
Yesterday I claimed a new PDI with name: https://dev202323.service-now.com/
I did some important work.
And, today when I am logging in, it's not accepting the credentials and surprisingly, when I click on the instance name(dev202323) on the developer site, it goes to a different URL i.e. https://dev120303.service-now.com/login.do.
I have also tried resetting the password, but not receiving the link on the email.
It's been many days since this issue is occurring at different times, with different instances and I had to prepare a POC.
This is becoming really challenging.
Could you please help to get this sorted as early as possible?

Hi @Nk NK
believe me, when I say that there is no chance to change anything. We MVPs have complained a lot about that way ServiceNow is dealing with PDIs and we triggered an escalation. But at the end, many users lost their PDI and their work.
Again: No chance, as there is no support for PDI and everything is automated 100%.

@Nk NK Just tested with URL https://dev202323.service-now.com/ and now no redirection takes place I was able to navigate go https://dev202323.service-now.com/login.do. Please check if the issue you were facing was a temporary issue.
Always take a backup of your work on PDI, capture all the changes in update set and take backup of your update sets at regular intervals. After all PDIs are temporary instances which are generously offered by ServiceNow for free.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput ,
It's about the redirection on the Developer site, which you obviously cannot test or verify for @Nk NK
It's also an issue which people are responding a lot in the past few weeks. Though we all cannot do anything about this as @Maik Skoddow correctly mentioned. It's unfortunately just like this, and these free PDIs come without support.
Kind regards,

Hi @Nk NK
This is kind of common issue which is faced by many users , where you release your PDI/ reclaimed by SN and when you get a new PDI is redirecting to old PDI. Unfortunate there is no support is available for PDI and no one can help you much.
The only point, is if you are able to login please take your regular backups to avoid any loss in future.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
