I started to upgrade my instance to Zurich last Thursday (5 days ago) and it's been stuck in that status ever since. Does any one have a suggestion? Upgrades have never taken this long before.

Hi @Christopher Dal ,
After login into https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do with your credentials you can go to manage my instance
after going into there you can cee the actions button under that you can use release instance or reset and wipe instance options to request new PDI
If it is helpful, please hit the thumbs button please mark the answer as correct based on the impact!!
Kind Regards,

Yours is probably the 3rd or 4th issue I’ve seen in the last 2–3 days where members reported that the PDI got stuck in upgrade for several days, and there was no resolution even after waiting. Since you’ve already waited 5 days, it would be better to release this instance and take a new one
The reason is that PDI doesn’t come with support, so no one can help here. It’s better to release this and get a new instance.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Christopher Dal ,
several has posted about issues similar to yours. As there is no support for PDIs, the only solution I see is to release your instance and request a fresh installation. Instead.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
