PDI stuck in up upgrade

I started to upgrade my instance to Zurich last Thursday (5 days ago) and it's been stuck in that status ever since. Does any one have a suggestion? Upgrades have never taken this long before.

@Christopher Dal - did your PDI came out of upgrade? This issue has happened with multiple folks.
Same issue happened with me, and my PDI was stuck in upgrade for about 4 days. Luckily, today I received successful upgrade email from ServiceNow, and I am able to access my PDI from developer portal.
Hopefully yours comes out as well, if not, then you will have to get a new one.
