PDI Upgrade from Zurich to Australia Stuck for Long Time – Need Help

Hello Community,

My Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is currently stuck while upgrading from Zurich to Australia.
In the Developer Portal, the status shows “Upgrading Instance” for a long time and it has not completed.

Important details:

  • Instance: PDI (devxxxxx)
  • Current version: Zurich
  • Upgrade triggered to: Australia
  • Status: Upgrading Instance
  • Time running: More than 40 minutes
  • I need to keep my update sets and data, so I cannot reset or delete the instance.

Is there any way to safely stop the upgrade, or should I request a Repair Instance?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @SindhuKV 

 

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up"  or not getting online state for more than 24 hours, then

 I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one. 

 

As you know there is no support available for PDI.
