My ServiceNow PDI dev354751 is offline. Refresh did not help, and opening the instance returns a 502 Bad Gateway error. How can I restore it without losing my work?

Hi @anilpalle00

We have some clarification from the PDI team now. New software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected PDIs will remain unavailable until the installations are complete. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!!!

Hello @anilpalle00 ,

It means that your instance is offline so it may take some time :

In the meantime, try refreshing the page and check again after a while. If it's urgent, you can release the current instance and request a new one, but I wouldn't recommend doing that as the first option.
