I’m new to ServiceNow and have been on the waitlist for the latest release for almost 5 days. Is this normal, or is there anything I can do to get access sooner?

Cancel the waiting list

request for lower version I.e. Australia 

you will get in few mins

then upgrade to Brazil

this take 5-8hrs so have patience
