Personal developer instance upgrade taking days

My PDI is upgrading for the last 10 days, can anyone help me on how to resolve this?

Hi @AnthonyMull 

as You might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to to PDI, hence you’re limited to two options:

1. wait, it should be ready after some time

2. if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation.
