Developer Site Issue - "Upgrading Instance" message for days

My PDI has been reportedly "upgrading" for a few days now, and the developer actions (such as logging in) are blocked. 

 

I have an User ID + Password combo and have been able to log in with a test user, I saw that the instance is live and working properly. It seems to be an issue with the synchronization between the Developer site and the upgrade status.

 

I know PDIs aren't supported, but I saw another community post reporting the same issue; therefore, I'm posting this to bring this matter to ServiceNow's attention, since this seems to be an issue with their site rather than an individual PDI issue.

Hello @natashamachado 

 

Did you tried to click on Manage my instance button on top banner over right side as showcased in screenshot uploaded by you and then lookout for refresh button and do click it might refresh the sync and solve your issue.
