Finding the help you need is becoming increasingly more difficult. I am having a problem getting plugins to install. I click on the button to install them, and it goes into a processing queue to sit there at 0% and not install. And it doesn't matter which plugin it is, it is doing this regardless of which one I try to install.

Hi, if this relates to a PDI then backing up your config and resetting your PDI may be the easiest\quickest solution. You could also try clearing your system cache but not sure that it would help any.
If this relates to a commercial ServiceNow instance then I would recommend that you log a case with Now Support.
